With Christmas fast approaching us next week, we had received a pleasant surprise today from our secret Santa, The Good Cupcakes!

Our answer to you will be: “Plenty, there are many things we love about these.“
Luscious And Calorie-Controlled Cupcakes
I think we would all agree that when you look at such a colourful dessert, it is hard to dissociate them with sweet and sugary. However, these are different! As most of us were not a fan of sugary treats, we were quite pleased to find out that the cake bases were not too sweet, which we immediately took a liking to.
While we went yum yum on the base, we were more surprised after tasting the frostings. The frostings were actually made with cream cheese and buttercream!
Personally, my favourite was the Posh Pine Cone. It is a dark chocolate cake made with low-calorie buttercream as frosting. Moreover, I love that it is topped with some sparkling sprinkle on the top, adding to the holiday mood.
They also have Red Poinsettia and White X’mas Blossom, which are made with red velvet cake and cream cheese frosting. With the colourful frosting on top of the Red Poinsettia, it was certainly a surprise element for us to find out that these were cream cheese.
Also, if you like a hint of peppermint in your treats, do give their O X’mas Tree! a try, it is a dark chocolate cake with peppermint buttercream as frosting.

The Good Cupcakes is registered in Singapore by Josephine in March 2020. Seeing a lack of good low-calorie cupcakes, she decided to make her own low-calorie recipe and frosting! This was how The Good Cupcakes was born as the first and only 150 calories cupcakes in Singapore.
