All these drinks are created in-house making them the first and currently only place in the world that serves cast-finished drinks. Most of these drinks are curated from all over the world and totals up to more than 300. 

On top of that, the bar is beautifully furnished ensuring that their customers are relaxed while they enjoy this beautiful concoction. The Other Room also offers a vintage collection where you can enjoy the drinks like the way they tasted half a century ago. These drinks are extremely rare and there aren’t many bars that actually sell them so you should grab it while it still lasts. You can get drinks from 1960-70, these drinks are 1960s Bonsoni, 1970s Rob Roy, 1970s Last Word etc.

 The food menu is also very extravagant with cuisines like Sea Urchin & Caviar, Sake Sea Urchin & Oyster Shots, Sirloin Steak, and so on. These snacks complement the vintage drinks like a dream. The Other Room also offers a dessert which would be perfect after every meal that is their Mocha Lava Cake & Home Made Ice Cream.

The secret mermaid specialises in American craft spirit and sells only the best of its kind. Located at the heart of Raffles Palace it’s a perfect place to chill after a long day of work. They provide a huge selection of drinks including premium wine, gin, whiskey, rum and many more. The Secret Mermaid has its signature drinks inspired by a tarot known as the fool’s journey. 

The bar is small yet cosy which makes it a perfect place for dates. Their draft beers are the most popular especially because they are the largest distributors of draft beers in Asia. They also offer unique seafood paring which contains one cocktail and one portion of Briosa seafood. You can also try their fresh oyster at $4 which is a bargain compared to other places. 

Here happy hours are at a very convenient time and starts at 05:00 pm. Most drinks at that time are only $14 including popular drinks like Hazy Daisy, Paloma, Rickey Sanchez. The Secret Mermaid also serve their Draft beers at only $10 but if you want to try something fancy then you could opt for their monthly cocktail special which happens to be Merianda for the month of August.

Ah Sam features a wide variety of 16 unique beers including Brewlander Euphoria IPA, Sunbird Eclipse of the sun, Alive One Night in Cologne, Sunbird Fluff Up just to name a few. The aesthetically pleasing cocktails also have popular drinks like Botanist Osmanthus G&T, Pornstar Martini, Get L.I.I.T. When it comes to food Ah Sam is popular for its burger and Dim Sum ranges. These dishes are filling and go perfectly with their drink collection. All the drinks that they offer have an Asian twist to them, ensuring that the flavours feel nostalgic but at the same time have a special twist to them.  

Among the wide variety of drinks that they offer some of their popular drinks include Gibson Whiskey Sour, Golden Mimosa, Always Summer, Milky Pear, Jeju-do Blazer and many more. These special drinks are $25 per cocktail. Gibson also offers non-alcoholic drinks and punch bowls. You can also get amazing offers if you visit them during their happy hour or if you buy their whole bottles. 

The oysters that Gibson offers change every day, the products are usually mentioned on their website so you can check and book them accordingly. The Dragon Chamber is a hidden bar and restaurant located at the beautifully lit Kopitiam. How do you enter the bar though? Through the fridge door, as bizarre as it may sound that is how you enter this secret bar. Here you can indulge in traditional Chinese dishes that may not be available elsewhere. The restaurant also knows how to entertain its guests with their nose-to-tail animal preparations.

One of the main specialities of this bar is their Dragons claw a cuisine featuring crocodile’s foot. As unusual as it sounds it is one of the rare places where you can enjoy this unusual delicacy. However this is not the only unusual dish that they serve, they even have meals like Firecracker Chicken and Wagyu Truffles Hor Fun which are on par with the Dragon’s Claw. 

The drinks that they serve here do not disappoint as well, they are adventurous and not for weak hearted individuals. Their speciality drinks include Dragon Punch, Land Of The Rising Sun, Sunset Boulevard, Compassion etc. The Cocktail Collection includes drinks like California Rain, Yuzu-Jin, Dr Tang Margarita, Sake Mojito and many more. They offer Rum, Gin, Native Spirits and Whiskey. The food is Indian themed with dishes like Indian Fried Chicken Burger, The Elephant Room Curry Chicken, and Garam Masala Hummus. You can also try their exclusive cocktails which are only $24, the drinks include King of Toddy, Ayurveda, Buffalo Road, Banana King etc.

If you rarely drink then the subscription would not benefit you so you can try their drinks at an average of $25. The bar also provides monthly subscriptions for its customers.
